HONMASTER HM20DEA is an enclosed vertical CNC honing machine designed to perform the complete honing cycle, including rough and finish honing, without operator intervention, workpiece removal, or tool resetting. In a number of performance areas, it surpasses comparable imported equipment.
The machine is designed to produce bores with the required dimensions and specified surface roughness in cylinders, bushings, liners, and similar components. It is suitable for engine manufacturing plants, machine-building and other industrial facilities, as well as for reconditioning engine cylinder blocks and other automotive components at repair facilities.
